The cooktop features two dual wok burners with an output range of 1,000 to 18,000 BTU, along with two semi-rapid burners. With a total cooktop output of 52,000 BTU, it delivers the flexibility to sear, stir-fry, simmer, or cook over low heat with precision. An automatic flame re-ignition system relights the burner if the flame is accidentally extinguished.
The oven offers nine cooking modes, including Aero Bake, Aero Broil, Aero Pastry with Pizza mode, Bake, Broil, Maxi Broil, Roast, Rapid Proof, and True Convection. Seven rack positions and full-extension telescopic racks make multi-level cooking easier and provide safe access to hot cookware.
